the Beef Chief Simon // So this post is long overdue. I was just too damn busy eating the burgers instead of telling you guys about the one and only burger chief: The Beef Chief. They drive around in this burger Truck and attend events, happenings and also cater. The burgers are freshly ground every day and to quote the fresher the burger, the better the taste. Simon works with the best of the best to deliver high quality buns, burgers, cheese, bacon and veggies. Oh and did I mention that they are famous for their Kim Chief burger, a burger topped with yes kimchi. YUMM

I have been lucky to taste Simons burgers at the Burger Beer Battle, at the Denim Days and recently at restaurant staring at Jacob where he cooks every Thursday. Its another thing sitting down in a restaurant and being served the best Burger ever ;). We had the Cheese Burger and some fries and baked beans to complete our meal. The bun is nice and soft and reminds me of a brioche, but then not that sweet. He tops it with a nice burger patty and depending on your choice adds more condiments. Delish and finger licking good. DAMN this is what they call burger porn for sure! You just need to try yourself, you won’t regret!
