So I just don’t want to believe summer is over. It just can’t be! And if it is, I am in denial! As I got my Viet Mojo going on, I thought I’d share with you this recipe. Perfect for hot weather or as a little dessert after having some Vietnamese food. It’s not even a real recipe, but its perfect to me. I am talking about Vietnamese iced coffee. Hope you guys like it too!

Actually this Vietnamese iced coffee is traditionally made with of course Vietnamese dark roast coffee and slowly brewed in a Vietnamese coffee filter. However, I cheated this time and used my Nespresso machine. I think it turned out just as good. Its funny how something like the lack of fresh milk resulted in using Sweet condensed milk. Yummie.
