So after seeing people eat bacon and chocolate in all different ways possible, I decided to give it a go. Was this combination as sensational people say? So on sunday I thought lets give it a go..I had some Tony Chocolonely Salted Caramel chocolate left and some bacon strips.Taraa thats all you need right 😉 What it tastes like? Think pancakes with bacon and syrup or chicken and waffles. Find out for yourself and let me know!
1/2 Milk chocolate bark (I used Tony Chocolonely)
So I started with 4 slices of bacon and fried them nice and crispy. Then I chopped them up completely.
Lay a baking sheet on a plate and set aside.
Heat your chocolate au bain marie and completely melt and remove from the heat.
Now transfer the melted chocolate to baking sheet and smooth it out. Depending on how thick you want it, you’ll continue smoothing out.
Sprinkle the bacon on top.
Let cool and set completely on the counter or in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
