I think we are all cheering cause its a new year, but just before I am going to rock another boat, I am still having new years drinks with friends and family. We agreed to all make a little something something and my contribution is this Mini Shrimp Cocktail. I just love the way it looks and I am sure everyone will love this classic. Perfect to accompany those drinks I will tell you guys about in another post.

Before I share the recipe, I would like to tell you guys thank you for stepping in to my culinary world where I share with you my passions. Hope they don’t bore you yet, cause I am not planning on stopping anytime soon. What I am doing is trying to find a suitable job that will give me the freedom to continue blogging. I love it far too much and want to see how I can still continue to bring it to a next level. It might mean that the frequency will change, but as long as I can do it, I will.

If you guys know of any cool jobs or companies out there, don’t keep it to yourself, but share. Sharing is caring and you never know. Ok, enough about me and back to the recipe.
